CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY

Atiz Innovation Co., Ltd. warrants every product it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Atiz Innovation Co., Ltd. will provide replacement of any parts found defective due to manufacturing at no charge including the cost of shipping.

Provisions of Warranty

1. The warranty is extended only to the original end purchaser.
2. To claim under this warranty, the product must have been used properly in accordance with the written documents such as user guides, operating instructions or user manuals supplied with the product.
3. The warranty does not cover the product which has been removed from its original installation site or which arises from misuse, mishandling, neglect, improper installation, improper servicing, expansion, alteration or unauthorized modification of the product.
4. At its option, Atiz Innovation Co., Ltd. may decide to issue credit, repair or replace any component or part thereof which is proved to be other than as warranted. Atiz Innovation Co., Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the parts with an identical model or component comparable with feature and capabilities with such products as it is manufacturing at the time of replacement.

ATIZ INNOVATION CO., LTD. DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD THAT ATIZ INNOVATION CO., LTD. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE FROM USING ATIZ INNOVATION CO., LTD. PRODUCTS. NO OTHER REMEDY (SUCH AS INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, INJURY TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS) SHALL BE AVAILABLE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYONE THE FACE HEREOF.
